• Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 5 business days
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
• During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada & United States

Expect 2-3 weeks once the order has been dispatched, most orders will take a week but there can be delays on manifold occurrences.

International Orders

Expect 2-4 weeks, most orders will be delivered in weeks once dispatched although can take longer due to a myriad of circumstances.

Duties, Taxes & Customs 

• Iorders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees
• These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout
• Depending on the destination, these fees may be collected either at checkout or upon delivery

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier:

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
• However, we’re happy to support customers in filing a claim with the carrier to help try to resolve the issue
